Allergens such as food, dust, and pollen can also trigger the attack. In some cases, a sudden drop in humidity, skin irritation, and sweating can worsen the rash. These are a few of the factors affecting the trigger of eczema.
Are you looking for a solution to this harsh skin condition? Take a moment to read how I managed to prevent eczema rash.
Living with Eczema Rash
As toddlers, physical activity is their way to learn the world around them. For eczema in kids, rashes on the face, hands, and feet can be troublesome. Blisters and flakes affect their socialization with other kids. It is heartbreaking for a parent to see your child itching, in pain, and upset because of eczema.
Try these things that I did to put my child away from the attack.
- Make sure that your child is well ventilated to maintain good humidity. Frequent drinking of water also helps with keeping good body temperature. You may apply topical creams or solutions. Use fractionated coconut oil to keep skin hydrated. Prevent bug bites with some lavender essential oil to avoid scratching the skin.
- Kids also need a well-routined diet. Balanced nutrition decreases the risk of illness. It also helps to take note of the foods that cause eczema.
Here are the most common culprits of allergy. Avoiding these food allergens will help to minimize the attack.
Fish, Eggs, Dairy, Soy, Wheat, Nuts, Citrus, Tomato, Spices, and Excessive sugar.
- The emotional wellness of your child also affects the trigger. Stress weakens the immune system of a child and often causes sickness. Helping your child have a good sleep can boost natural defense. Using lavender oil in your diffuser reduces tension and anxiety. To maintain a well-hydrated skin, try applying some coconut and lavender oil. Rub it in areas where rashes occur. The aroma relaxes the body and a good rub promotes a peaceful rest at night.
