Now this is indeed a home that anyone will fall in love with! Such a beautiful view! The one hectare beachfront house welcomes you with its tropical garden paradise set up. Around the property are cabanas where you can read a book or just spend some time with a special someone. It has pavilion too with a spacious porch area where one can dine in while enjoying the smell of fresh air and the sound of the leaves whistling in the garden
Not all homes are blessed with a panoramic view. And this home has all that from the blue waters of the ocean to the vast greens that surround the area. If I have a home like this one, I’d feel like I am always in vacation 24/7!
Dream House 3: Urban Resort-like Condo
Of course, aside from breathing fresh air and seeing the ocean each day, it would also be nice to live in the city. And when I say living in the city, a condo would be perfect just like this spacious 3BR Resort-like Condo in Pasig by DMCI Homes. It has many amenities that makes living here very comfortable. It has its own convenience store, gym, entertainment hall, pool, children’s playground and many more.
The advantage of living in a condo or apartment complex is all the amenties they offer and its accessibility to places that you often visit. Being near the city life could fuel the youth in me especially with the sight of the city lights.
Dream House 4: Sleek Modern Home
This house is single attached two-storey unit with 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a Car Garage. Inside the subdivision, there is a playground, clubhouse, and other amenities. You can be secured too because it has a guardhouse and not just anyone can enter the area.
I had been a fan of modern homes ever since not just because of their focus to function but also their appealing designs. I like their neat look as well how it utilize lines and geometric shapes. This is what we can see in this house. Well, guess I could make a lot of friends if I live here because the houses are just beside each other. That is a bonus!
Dream House 5: Enchanting Rustic Woodland Home
This Woodlands Point in Tagaytay Highlands is a stunning home inspired by log cabins. According to the definition, it used “engineered wooden floors, heat and smoke detectors, and a state-of-the-art reticulation system to ensure the homes are termite-free and in excellent all-weather condition — all features look to a lifetime of happy, idyllic mountain resort living.”
Would it be nice to wake up with the chirping of the birds and with the beautiful surroundings? It would surely be awesome! I love the design of this house because it makes me feel very relax. There is really something about natural materials like wood that could make us feel better!
So, these are the top homes I want from Property24. I actually had a hard time choosing because there are so many beautiful homes on their listings! But I was happy with the experience since I was like walking around certain places while looking at the photos. This could be good for people who are busy and doesn’t have time to drive around to look for a home.
